Return Policy
MAILTHINGS accepts returns with prior authorization within 30 days from date of purchase. Full refund and return shipping is provided for defective merchandise. For non-defective merchandise the buyer pays for return shipping and the refund is subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Returns must be received within 15 days from authorization date.
Please contact us first for authorization.
Refunds will be made by check within 10 days from receipt of returned merchandise.
Shipping
Outbound shipping is free on everything unless otherwise specified. In stock merchandise is shipped within 24 hours by US Postal Service, Federal Express Ground or UPS unless otherwise specified by customer. Special orders are shipped within 24 hours after receipt by supplier.
